Mark Duginske is a fourth generation central Wisconsin woodworker living in Merrill, Wi.  His family has been involved with the woodworking business in central Wisconsin for 148 years. His great-grandfather immigrated from Poland in 1883 as a teenager and worked as a lumberjack. He is the grandson of Peter Duginske, who built the first portable sawmill in Wisconsin, and used the second log from the initial logging to produce buildings, cabinets and furniture.

Training & Workshops

Over the last fifteen years Mark Duginske has taught woodworking classes for people of all skill levels from Maine to California. He is now scheduling woodworking classes for July and August of 2011 at his shop located 4 miles south west of Merrill. It is a functional woodworking shop with a variety of table saws, band saws, planers, lathes, routers and other tools. Mark Duginske, LLC carries insurance so that students can have hands-on experience similar to a high school or college shop class.
